It is proudly supported by Rivers state Government and its a totally different experience from what you've experienced, strictly on merit.
Winner becomes an international students ambassador, gets a branded car, 200k, scholarship, 1st runner up gets 150k and 2nd runner up gets 100k then other participants get consolation prizes.
