Tongawaji Caleb Emmanuel popularly known as HOD - the e go weigh you master had emerged as the president of the National Union of Rivers State Student (Rivers State University of Science and technology chapter) after the successful election which was held earlier today.

Among other contestants were Bright Jewel Atedou with 18 votes, West Gogo Emmanuel with  17 votes while HOD had a total of 31 votes thereby became the winner of the election.

While speaking with the newly elected president of the union, he stated that God has called him to serve this great institution. In his wown words 'I have a call from God to serve this great institution. The plans i have for the students of this school cannot be thrown away. I came to serve and God who called me has seen me through'

Meanwhile, Tongawaji was a presidential candidate during the recent Student union election which was held few months ago but lost to his counterpart Comr. Daminabo Alalibo daniel.
