NASS, RSUST holds her year one reception

Like Newton said "If i had seen farther than others it is because i stood on the shoulders of giants".

The National Association of Science Students NASS, RSUST chapter had today made records for itself as it is the first faculty to welcome her year one students. The year one reception has always been a way of giving the new students an opportunity  to meet with the association excos, the dean of faculty, Head of departments, Lecturers and their fellow students from other departments.

The reception featured Academic lectures titled Secret of "ACADEMIC Excellence" presented by the former Dean of Student Affairs Prof. F.B. Sigalo and "Leadership and social life of a student versus ACADEMICS"  presented by the former president of the Student Union Government (RSUST) Cmr. Oduah.

 "Mayor Chisom Ezekwere, the Public Relations officer and director of media and Comr. Wanyanwu Collins the Welfare Secretary of the Student Union Government were also present and encouraged the president of the Association to keep his good works going and never to allow fright engulf him.

The president of the association Cmr. Wisdom Barida Bukue welcomed the students and urged them to take their academic pursuit seriously. He also advised them to support his administration so as to enable him put his best in serving the faculty.
