Emergency SUG Press Release

In view of our commitment to the overall welfare of the esteemed students of RSUST, the issue of insecurity is being checkmated and we on our own parts have roles to play. To that effect, in synergy with the school management and security, we urge our students to henceforth wear/have the school identity card to help in curbing down the seeming prevalence of insecurity in and around the campus.

It is of importance to note that our I.D Card is our mark points in times of any situation. We believe security awareness is of immense importance and there is need for effective follow up, cautions and precautions.

We also use this medium to announce the commencement of sales of forms for the SUG Beauty Pageantry, and all famous “Mr. and Miss. RSUST”. The forms are available at the SUG secretariat besides the Students’ parliament axial to the faculty of Engineering.

We encourage our students to go such contests as it promises to be exceptional and the prizes, breath taking.

The SUG week comes up from the 16^th -222^nd of May, 2016. The scheduled program of events would soon be out and we encourage our students to fully participate in the forthcoming educational, social and entertaining activities.
