As part of the plan towards female gender development, the entire executives of the Students' Union Government - RSUST chapter led by Cmr. Faith Barry Nasa has put up the third edition of the female Aspire 2016 conference tagged "the total image makeover of the 21st century woman"

The aim of this conference is to educate the female students within and outside the confine of the university on issues concerning the female gender.
