I am directed to inform all delegates to the Student Union Elections, 2016, to appear for screening on Tuesday, 23th June, 2016 at the office of Dean of Students’ Affairs at the scheduled times indicated below:
Faculty of Agriculture – 9.00am.
Faculty of Engineering – 10.00am.
Faculty of Environmental Sciences – 11.00am.
Faculty of Law – 12.00pm.
Faculty of Management – 1.00pm.
Faculty of Science – 2.00pm.
Faculty of Technical and Science Education – 3.00pm.

All delegates should come with the following materials for the screening:
I.    Current University Student ID card (not departmental or Union).
II.    Two passports with plain white background.
III.    Birth certificate or age declaration.
IV.    School Fees payment receipt.
